1. Electronic photography

The continuous ink jet system uses pressure to make the ink pass through the pores to form a continuous ink flow. After the ink flow turns into small droplets at high speed, the droplets are charged. The charged droplets can be sprayed to the required position on the surface of the substrate under the control of the charge plate to form a printed image. The displacement of ink droplets and the position of ink dots on the substrate are determined by the amount of charge when the ink droplets leave the pores

3. Electrocoagulation imaging

electrocoagulation imaging is to condense the ink through the electrochemical reaction between the electrodes, and fix it on the surface of the imaging drum to form an image. The ink in the blank area without electrochemical reaction remains liquid and can be scraped off by the scraper, while the pictures and texts formed by the fixed ink on the surface of the drum can be transferred to the substrate through pressure to complete printing. 4. Magnetic recording imaging

The magnetic toner is transferred to the substrate to form an image. This method is generally only used for black-and-white printing

5. Electrostatic imaging

electrostatic imaging is the most widely used digital printing imaging technology. It uses laser scanning method to become one of the fastest-growing materials today. As the main raw material of Taicheng polyurethane material, 1 isocyanate forms an electrostatic latent image on the photoconductor. It uses the charge interaction between charged toner and electrostatic latent image to form a latent image, which is transferred to the substrate to complete printing. 6. Thermal imaging
